Ingredients:

1 Cup Milk (Of Choice)

1 Scoop Wellious Vanilla Protein Powder

1/4 tsp Ground Cinnamon

1/4 tsp Ground Ginger

1 Pinch Ground Cloves

1 Pinch Allspice

4 Cubes Ice

Directions:

  1. Combine ice and all ingredients into a blender or magic bullet.

  2. Blend for about 8 seconds or until ice is broken up and the shake is one thick creamy texture.
