It’s pumpkin pie season, and while devouring the filling of a fresh baked pumpkin pie one night, we thought dang I wish I could duplicate this deliciousness into a smoothie recipe. The best thing is that this has all of the pumpkin pie and spice notes, but is super healthy! Like imagine drinking a thick creamy protein shake that tastes just like pumpkin but it’s filled with protein and fiber and natural vitamins! This pumpkin protein shake is made without banana! (most of them have it). It’s completely vegan and dairy free, and we promise it’s going to be your new fall favorite.

Ingredients:
1 Cup Milk (Almond, Oat, or any!)
2/3 Cup Pumkin Puree
1 Scoop Wellious Vanilla Protein Powder
6 Pinches Ground Cinnamon
2 Pinch Ground Ginger
2 Pinch Ground Cloves
2 Pinch Allspice
1 Pinch Sea Salt
5 Cubes Ice
Directions:
Combine ice and all ingredients into a blender or magic bullet.
Blend for about 10 seconds or until ice is broken up and the shake is one thick creamy texture.
Pour into a glass and enjoy! Sprinkle top with a pinch of cinnamon for presentation and fragrance if desired.
