This healthy high protein brownie recipe was created by HealthyGirl Kitchen using the HGK x Wellious Peanut Butter Chocolate Protein Powder!
Ingredients:
1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup Wellious x HealthyGirl chocolate PB protein
1/4 cup cocoa
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp vanilla
Pinch salt
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips for topping
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
2. Add all ingredients to food processor.
3. Blend until smooth.
4. Line 8x8 brownie pan with parchment or grease w oil. Evenly spread the batter in the pan. Top with chocolate chips. Bake for 25 minutes!
5. Let cool for 30, top with flaky salt and enjoy!!!
