Protein Overnight Oats
Overnight oatmeal loaded with protein and toppings of choice. A great make-ahead breakfast or snack that is packed with protein and nutrients. It’s a 3 step recipe!
Ingredients:
-1/2 cup old fashioned oats
-3/4 cup milk of choice
-2 teaspoons chia seeds
- 2 scoops Wellious Vanilla Protein Powder
-Sprinkle cinamon (optional)
-Fresh berries (optional)
Directions:
1. To a small mixing bowl add all ingredients except the toppings and combine.
2. Pour mixture into container with a lid and store in fridge overnight.
3. In the morning stir the mixture before adding some fresh fruit and enjoy!
