Apple Pie Smoothie Recipe

An apple pie smoothie / protein shake recipe that will transport you to the Thanksgiving dessert table (minus the awkwardness from your family arguing at dinner)

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup plant milk of choice

  • 1/2 cup ice

  • 1/2 cup apple sauce

  • 3 slices Sautéed Cinnamon Apples

  • 1/2 scoop vanilla wellious

  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1 Pinch Sea Salt

DIRECTIONS

  1. Slice 3 apple slices. Heat a sauté pan on medium and add apples and sprinkle a few pinches cinnamon over them. Cook a minute on each side until lightly caramelized.

  2. Add all ingredients to a blender, and blend.

  3. Serve with a sprinkle of cinnamon on top, and enjoy!
