  • Cozy, warm, and packed with summer flavor

Ingredients

Peach Filling

  • 1 ripe yellow peach, sliced

  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup (optional)

  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon

  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch

  • Pinch of sea salt

Protein Crumble Topping

  • ½ scoop Wellious Vanilla Protein

  • 2 tablespoons rolled oats

  • 1 tablespoon almond flour

  • 1 tablespoon chopped pecans (optional)

  • 1 tablespoon melted butter or coconut oil

  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup

  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon

  • Pinch of sea salt

Suggested Toppings

  • Vanilla Greek yogurt

  • Vanilla ice cream

  • Fresh peach slices

  • Extra cinnamon

Instructions

Preheat your oven or air fryer to 350°F.

In a small ramekin, combine the sliced peach, maple syrup, cinnamon, vanilla, cornstarch, and sea salt. Stir until the peaches are evenly coated.

In a separate bowl, mix together the Wellious Vanilla Protein, oats, almond flour, pecans, melted butter, maple syrup, cinnamon, and sea salt until a crumbly topping forms.

Sprinkle the crumble evenly over the peaches.

Bake for 10–15 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the peaches are bubbling. Covering the ramekin loosely with foil helps, too!

Let cool for about 5 minutes before serving.

Top with vanilla Greek yogurt or your favorite vanilla ice cream and enjoy!

Tips

If your peach is especially sweet, you can skip the maple syrup in the filling.

Use a ripe but slightly firm yellow peach so it holds its shape while baking.

For extra crunch, sprinkle a few more chopped pecans over the top before baking.

This recipe is best enjoyed warm straight from the oven.
