The Best Pumpkin Spice Latte Smoothie

A pumpkin spice latte smoothie / protein shake: a healthy, protein packed rendition of your favorite fall coffee order.

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 Cup Milk Of Choice (Oat or Cow works best)

  • 1/4 Cup Cold Coffee

  • 1/2 Cup Pumpkin Purée

  • 1/2 Scoop Vanilla Wellious Protein Powder

  • 1/4 Frozen Banana

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 pinch ground ginger, clove, and all-spice (pinch of each)

  • Ice

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender, and blend until smooth and creamy.

  2. Pour into cup, top with a pinch of cinnamon, and enjoy!
